In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek is hosting a plenary meeting of the CSTO (Organization of the Collective Security Treaty) Summit on 27 November and the CSTO includes Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, as well as Armenia, but that country has frozen its participation in the organization since the last conflict in Karabakh.
