According to the Ministry Secretariat General of the Presidency (Segpres), the President confirmed this Tuesday the transmission of the letter, after the meeting he held with the diplomatic corps.
The letter was sent through the Apostolic Nuncio in Chile, following a meeting held in La Moneda.
