Prep boys track and field: Pointers' Taylor 1st from SE Ohio to win Gatorade award

Derrick Taylor didn't put South Point, Ohio, on the map but has coaxed the rest of the Buckeye State's track and field community to see where it is. Taylor is the Gatorade Ohio male track and field athlete of the year. The South Point High School senior is the first track performer south of Columbus to garner the honor in its 40-year history.
