The Tampere Tram team participated in the European Tram Drivers' Championship held in Warsaw on Saturday, September 19. Tampere placed ninth in the competition and the team's Hilda Polamo became the best female driver of the competition with her points.

A Czech duo won the European Tram Drivers' Championship Tram-EM on Saturday. Vendula Tmejová and Zdeněk Rychtář from the Prague Public Transport Company prevailed in competition with 25 other teams from Europe and visiting Australia. The news was reported by the PAP agency and the Public Transport Company reported on its Facebook account.
