Popular Western Cape mall gets a R270 million facelift

Growthpoint Properties has announced the start of a R270 million redevelopment project at Paarl Mall in the Western Cape’s winelands region. The project will expand the mall’s gross lettable area to just under 44 500 square metres and introduce extensive internal reconfigurations and design upgrades.
