Popular loyalty scheme at UK café ends with just weeks to redeem for the final time
Customers can still redeem completed cards until May 1, 2026, after BP stops issuing new Wild Bean Café loyalty stamps.
- Wild Bean is ending its coffee loyalty scheme, with customers having until May 1, 2026, to redeem completed cards; signs spotted by Newsquest indicate the 'buy seven hot drinks and get the eighth free' promotion ended recently.
- A brand found in filling stations at motorway services alongside Connect and Simply Food, Wild Bean has operated for more than 20 years with more than 320 locations across the UK.
- Regular customers previously collected stamps with all large and regular hot and iced drinks, claiming a free large hot drink or iced drink once seven stamps were collected.
- From April, the retailer stopped issuing new cards or adding stamps to existing ones; completed cards will no longer be accepted after May 1, 2026.
- Other loyalty programs are also changing, with Boots phasing out its 10% own-brand discount from May, while Sainsbury's Nectar scheme recently partnered with Uber, allowing members to spend points on Uber Eats.
