Police: Two juveniles arrested following disturbance at Towson Town Center

Baltimore County police officers arrested two juveniles at Towson Town Center for trespassing, disorderly conduct and second-degree assault on Saturday. Officials said security guards were attempting to escort the juveniles, ages 11 and 13, from the mall’s food court.
