Roar Mikalsen opened an unusual cafe in central Oslo on Saturday morning. On the menu were soda, books -- and cannabis. A short time later, the police arrived and closed the doors.

On Saturday, there was a queue outside a newly opened café space in a street some distance behind Slottsparken in Oslo. The cafe calls itself “Norske tilstater”, and sold cannabis openly. Police have now closed the cafe.
