SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WPRI) — A Lincoln man has died after a rollover crash in Smithfield Tuesday afternoon. The crash occurred around 3 p.m. in the area of 388 Douglas Pike, according to police. Police said the driver, identified as 68-year-old Dennis Hynes, was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
