Police put plane in water in Middle River. Here's why

There’s a plane in the water in the Middle River area, but police don’t want you to be alarmed. The Baltimore County Police Department’s Marine Team is putting a small plane underwater on Wednesday as part of a training exercise that will take place Thursday.
