Kurzeme District Court overturned the arrest of police officer Andi Silnik, who is accused of fatally beating teacher Normund Vamž this summer in Priekule. After the payment of the security deposit on September 30, Silnieks was released from custody, the Jauns.lv portal confirmed to the prosecutor's office.
