Georgetown man charged with DUI, vehicular assault following head-on crash

GEORGETOWN, Del. – A Georgetown man was arrested over the weekend following a head-on crash. At around 9:40 p.m. Saturday, troopers were called to a reported crash on Sussex Highway, north of Adams Road. At the scene, troopers met with 25-year-old Juventino Hernandez Montoya, the driver of a Nissan Altima involved in the crash.
