A Kentucky man was arrested after an hours-long stand-off and charged with firing shots a police officers. Bardstown Police said they were called to the scene in a residential neighborhood around 10 p.m. on Wednesday for a report of shots fired, according to WLKY.  The suspect, identified as 43-year-old Travis Bowman, ran into a home and barricaded himself inside.
