Man killed in motorcycle crash in Central Mass.

A 44-year-old Fitchburg man was killed while riding a motorcycle in Fitchburg Saturday afternoon, according to police.Fitchburg police and firefighters responded to the crash on Ashby State Road just before 3:30 p.m., police said in a press release. The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead a short time later.
