Police catch 36-year-old who hit child with scooter. Here's what he faces

Police officers from the Lublin City Police Headquarters have detained a 36-year-old man who hit a 13-year-old pedestrian last Friday while riding an electric scooter. The teenager was taken to hospital with bodily injuries. The perpetrator will face charges of causing an accident and leaving the scene. He could face up to 4.5 years in prison.
