Nato States Prepare Evacuation Plan for Russian Attack
The drills are testing warning, registration and transport systems as Poland prepares to receive evacuees from the Baltic states.
- On September 25, Lithuania launched 'Vy io Skliautas 2026' exercises to test national mobilization, including developing an international evacuation plan with Poland for civilians in a crisis.
