Plans to transform derelict South Oxhey school site into adult day care centre

Councillors have shared their thoughts on plans for a new adult day care centre to be built at a derelict former school site in South Oxhey. The Sir James Altham (SJA) site was formerly a school which closed in 1989. The site now comprises an empty swimming pool which shut its doors in 2020, plus a car park and other empty scrubland.
