Planning board continues steps toward zoning
With the Comprehensive Plan having been adopted by the County Commissioners, the role of the Planning and Zoning Board has turned toward the development of county-wide zoning codes. During their regular meeting on October 7, the Board reviewed a draft of the codes developed by Confluence, the county’s contractor hired to develop a comprehensive plan and subsequent zoning codes.
