By Pemphero Malimba: As phase two of the public inquiry into the Chikangawa Forest military plane crash continues today, community eyewitnesses from around Nthungwa in Nkhata Bay District have been lined up to testify. The Parliamentary Ad hoc Committee is seeking evidence into the incident, which claimed the lives of nine people, including then vice president Saulos Chilima.
