The judicial branch rejected the request made by the former Minister of the Interior, Juan José Santiváñez, to cancel all actions taken during the raids carried out by the Public Prosecutor's Office and the police, on March 3, at his home located in the Lima district of La Molina and in other properties as part of the preliminary investigation that follows him for the alleged offence of abuse of authority against the state.
