Pittsburg school board votes to reduce budget without cutting key jobs

To the editor: I know I’m about to come across as an old fogey, but I find myself bewildered after learning of an impending devastation to school budgets (“’Massive’ impact seen from federal cutbacks,” Eagle, March 5).
