The Federal Security Service (FSB) detained two residents of Mariupol who, “on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services”, were planning to set fire to a mosque in Belgorod. It was established that a Ukrainian intelligence officer recruited them via messenger in June this year, according to the FSB.
