The SUBNOR of the city of Pirot will mark the 82nd anniversary of the liberation of Pirot and its surroundings in World War II on Tuesday, September 8. On this occasion, flowers and wreaths will be laid at the "Partisan Cemetery" memorial, where a cultural and artistic program will also be held. The celebration begins at 11 a.m.
