Pike County man convicted of Sexual Battery and other charges

Eager was found guilty Monday following a bench trial in Daviess County, Indiana.

Pike Co. Man Convicted of Sexual Battery/Child Molesting

A Special Pike County Circuit Court Judge found a Pike County man guilty Wednesday of Child Molesting, Sexual Battery, and Neglect of a Dependent. Daviess Circuit Court Judge Gregory Smith served as special judge in the case of Joshua Eager. The investigation began in September of 2024 when the minor victim reported their experience to a school staff member. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for January 26th.
