PHOENIX — While rents are expected to climb across much of the U.S. in 2025, Phoenix renters may catch a break. Forecasts show that average U.S. rent growth will hit about 2.3% next year, with several metro areas—including Boston, San Jose, and West Palm Beach—projected to rise even faster.
