Phoebe Bridgers' Third Album, 'Lost Weekend,' Set for Aug. 14 Release
The singer’s third solo album follows three years without new original solo material and includes a new song due Thursday, the label said.
Phoebe Bridgers announced her third full-length solo album, "Lost Weekend," arriving August 14 on Dead Oceans, marking her first new solo material since 2020.
The announcement follows a series of concerts where Bridgers debuted new material, culminating in a phone-free show at New York's Madison Square Garden.
Reports indicate the project features collaborations with Jack Antonoff, Alex G, and Matty Healy, while attendees described the new songs as "very sad folk" with harmonica arrangements.
Bridgers also announced a tour across North America, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, confirming a "no phones" rule at all upcoming gigs.
A new song from the record will drop tomorrow, Thursday June 25, following Bridgers' recent success with "Ghost in the Machine," her collaboration with SZA.
