Missouri campaign turns in 300,000 signatures to strike down gerrymandered map
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A campaign to strike down Missouri’s gerrymandered congressional map submitted hundreds of thousands of petition signatures from residents across the state on Tuesday, a major step toward forcing a statewide vote on the map.
Group delivers signatures to put gerrymandered congressional map up for a popular vote
Missouri Secretary of State Denny Hoskins's office received 691 boxes Tuesday. These boxes contain over 305,000 signatures that will determine whether Missouri voters have the ultimate decision in whether the state will gerrymander its congressional districts for the 2026 midterm elections.
