The petition against the Yadan law, signed by more than 700,000 people, was finally closed by the Law Committee of the National Assembly on Wednesday. The reason? The members of the Law Committee decided not to follow up on the petition against the Yadan Anti-Semitism Act, arguing that a debate would be contemplating with the review of the text originally scheduled for Thursday.
Despite a record number of signatures, the Macroists, joined by LR and the far right, have opposed the fact that the petition against the Yadan law is being examined in the Chamber.
