The latest data shows that as the bank interest rate cuts attracted wealthy buyers back, the average house price in high-end residential areas increased by as much as A$275,000 in the past year. In the ranking of the top ten regions in Australia with the largest house price growth, Perth, the capital of Western Australia, performed the best.
