THE WOODLANDS, Texas (KIAH) -- A fatal electrical accident in The Woodlands has caused some power outages in the area, authorities said. The accident happened around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday on FM 2978 just north of Woodlands Parkway, where an industrial worker was electrocuted, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
