Bottled Water Scandal: Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry seizes justice for "false testimony" of a Nestlé Waters official

The Senate commission of inquiry to shed light on the practices of bottled water industrialists announced that they would seize the Paris prosecutor.

A press release from the Senate today states that the chairman of the commission of inquiry Laurent Burgoa (LR) decided to refer the matter to the court, after the hearing on 26 March of the industrial director of Ronan Le Fanic.
