The Permanent Commission of the Congress of the Union validated this Wednesday the resignation that Monica Soto requested from her judiciary in the Electoral Tribunal of the Judiciary of the Federation (TEPJF).The legislators decided with 26 votes in favor, 5 against and 5 abstentions that the resignation will be effective from August 31, as requested by Soto in his letter that turned to the Senate last Monday.
