PERHAM — Plans to build a new golf cart shed at Perham Lakeside Golf Club are putt-putt-putting along. The Perham City Council approved putting the project out for bids at a special council meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 25. The golf club is owned by the city and leased by the private management business, PBC LLC.
