Perennial Candidate Roland Riemers is Running For North Dakota's U.S. House Seat

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Perennial political candidate Roland Riemers of Grand Forks just beat the filing deadline on Monday afternoon and is taking another shot at North Dakota’s U.S. House seat.
