Pendleton’s cancer center is coming back

PENDLETON – The Eastern Oregon Cancer Center (EOCC) in Pendleton announced it was closing in January and closed its doors in February. Now, Pendleton Economic Development Director Steve Chrisman says the center will reopen in February 2026. Chrisman said a couple from southern California had bought the facility, which has the only radiation vault in Eastern Oregon.
