Pendleton ice rink rebuild moves forward

PENDLETON – The plan to rebuild the ice rink in Roy Raley Park has not gone according to plan. Pendleton Parks and Recreation Director Liam Hughes says the delays were due to unforeseen insurance and permitting problems.
