DETROIT LAKES — Pelican Rapids artist Logan Hahn, who was born with the rare genetic disorder known as cystic fibrosis (CF), doesn't let its daily challenges keep her from pursuing her passions, whether that be artwork or earning a degree in nutrition and dietetics from Concordia College in Moorhead.
