Birmingham City has announced the design for its new stadium, the Birmingham City Powerhouse Stadium, with a capacity of 62,000. Construction will cost £1.2 billion (€1.36 billion). Their current stadium, St. Andrew's Stadium, has a capacity of 29,409 seats and was becoming too small. For this season, the club has sold around 20,000 season tickets and has a waiting list of 12,000. Read more
