PCCP, Distribution Realty Group acquire 330,484-square-foot distribution facility in Spring Hill

A joint venture between PCCP and Distribution Realty Group acquired a Class-A 330,484-square-foot industrial distribution facility at 4637 Port Royal Road in Spring Hill, Tennessee. The property was acquired for $51 million from a private seller. Built in 2001 and situated on 26 acres, the property is 100% occupied by Prinova, a functional ingredients and contract manufacturing company for the food, beverage, and nutrition industries. Prinova recently executed a 10-year lease renewal.
