Milliard accused St-Pierre Plamondon of instrumentalizing young immigrants after an announcement near a school that was also denounced by Québec solidaire.
Charles Milliard said that the leader of the Parti Québécois, Paul St-Pierre Plamondon, lacked a class and that he personally experienced an unease to hear him claim less immigrants in front of a high school. "Do we try to instrumentalize young immigrants?" he questioned.
For his first trip to Quebec City since the launch of the election campaign, the leader of the Parti Québécois had arranged for journalists to meet in front of the Roger-Comtois High School. But education was not on the program.
