KUALA LUMPUR: A passenger is believed to have fainted before falling onto the tracks at the Wangsa Maju Light Rail Transit (LRT) Station at 6.52am today. Rapid KL said the Platform Intrusion Emergency Stop (PIES) system was activated immediately after the incident to temporarily cut off power to the tracks as a safety measure. According to it, the action caused train services on the Wangsa Maju Line to be suspended.
