Republica Moldova se retrage din Acordul cu Federația Rusă privind înființarea și funcționarea centrelor culturale. Proiectul, inițiat de Ministerul Culturii la solicitarea Ministerului Afacerilor Externe, a fost adoptat de Parlament în prima lectură cu votul a 60 de deputați. În afară de fracțiunea PAS, inițiativa a fost sprijinită de fracțiunea Democrația Acasă.
