Parker: BMO building on 17th Avenue S.W. to be new home to Lululemon

After serving for over a century as the main branch of the Bank of Montreal on the corner of 8th Avenue and 1st Street S.W., there was not even a thought of tearing down the gorgeous classical temple style building when the building last emptied. And the building, now a fitness centre, still looks good today.
