The agreement between Emmanuel Grégoire and David Belliard in the capital ended to seal the alliance between the Socialist Party and Les Éconlogistes in the big cities. These local unions, realized without La France insoumée, suggested a reconfiguration on the left, in the perspective of the presidential.
In the hands of the left for a quarter of a century, the French capital could switch to the right on March 22, the date of the second round of municipal elections in France. In front of Rachida Dati, the current Minister of Culture, who runs an aggressive campaign on several fronts, the Parisian left decided to present a list of union from the first round, in which France will not be represented.
