President Donald J. Trump recognized the sacrifices of West Virginia National Guard members Spc. Sarah Beckstrom and Staff Sgt. Andrew Wolfe, who were shot at in Washington, D.C., in November 2025, during his State of the Union address on Feb. 24, 2026.
