Pancake breakfasts flip across Stettler and Paintearth counties - The Stettler Independent

Mother’s Day was May 10, and residents in the east-central region did not have to go far to find a pancake breakfast for Mom. In the west end of the region, the Erskine IOOF hosted its annual pancake breakfast from 9 a.m. to noon. Those in attendance enjoyed pancakes, ham, eggs and fruit salad, all topped off with whipped cream. The Oddfellows ran a 50-50 draw, raising $380, with the lodge to match with funds going towards two community children…
