- Main operative Saqib, alias 'Devil' , led associates Vikas Gehlawat , Lokesh , and Arbaab in reconnaissance missions across Ghaziabad, Aligarh, and Lucknow, sending videos of minor arson incidents to handlers for payment.
- Authorities recovered flammable substances and 7 smartphones during arrests, with a case registered at the ATS police station under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 and the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.
- The conspiracy sought to establish Ghazwa-e-Hind through sabotage, and investigators discovered foreign phone contacts including numbers from Afghanistan while probing the broader terror network.
