Dominican authorities reported this Friday the seizure of eight packages of cocaine during an operation carried out at Las Américas International Airport, José Francisco Peña Gómez (JFPG). The units involved, accompanied by detection dogs, were inspecting warehouses and cargo destined for Madrid, Spain, when they detected suspicious objects inside one of the garbage bins used to store airplane kitchen waste.
