A passenger in his vehicle was not hurt. Hagerstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police are investigating a one-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon which took the life of a Pennsylvania man. At around 2:00 PM, officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Maryland Avenue for a vehicle crash. They found a truck with a person inside who was trapped and unresponsive.
