Oriska Rest Area to close for extended upgrade

ORISKA, N.D. — The rest area along Interstate 94 near Oriska will close next week for an extended improvement project, and it is not expected to reopen until fall 2026. The rest area between the eastbound and westbound lanes of I-94, about 12 miles east of Valley City near mile marker 304, will close Monday, April 28, according to the North Dakota Department of Transportation.
